I think I will avoid him as a potential roll model. Though painting artistic worthy joy in the confines of a asylum does sound tempting. Just the cloistered lifestyle of an asylum would be lovely as long as I got sponge baths and no one asked me questions about random strange things.

Actually there are tons of them. Even people like Daryl Hannah and Courtney Love had medical DX lurking in their past. Thomas Jefferson, Da Vinci, Einstein, the list goes on and on. Google Autism and historic figures or something like that!!

That’s interesting. I wonder if he was. Maybe there were more historical genius types that were autistic, but would have been ruined by treatment.
