Makes your house smell yummy. 1 cup lentils 3 cups water 1 onion - chopped 1 tsp minced garlic 1 tsp salt 1/8 tsp rosemary flakes bring to a boil. turn down the heat a bit and simmer (still boiling, stirring occasionally) for about an hour until all the water is gone/absorbed. Serve over rice. Serve with balsamic vinegar and/or olive oil (if you like that sort of thing). Serve with salad. Refrigerate leftovers and eat for a couple meals. Here’s a great bachelor recipe.
